IMP DA DIMP is a 100% live boogaloo band that will bring butt shakin' grooves, blues, and soul to a dance floor near you.

Likened to the 60's music of Dr. Lonnie Smith, Grant Green, and James Brown, their music also has modern influences from artists like Jimi Hendrix, Busta Rhymes, and Daft Punk to name a few.

Guitarist Adam Rafferty (Guitar for Dr. Lonnie Smith) spent countless late nights playing in Harlem's Hammond B3 organ jazz and blues clubs. Florian Kasper (Drums for Parov Stelar), Felipe Ramos (Bass), and Philipp Rist (Hammond B3 organ) deliver delicious rhythm section grooves, and always get the house rockin!

Their new album "Deep Dark and Delicious" is their first studio album. It features original compositions by the band, with all the tunes played in one take - just like you'd experience at a live show.
